Marlene Logan agreed to partner with Bill Anderson and create a new company, Logan-Anderson Gulf Coastal Realtors.
We moved our office from Pass Christian to downtown Gulfport where we are more centrally located. Marlene Logan (Broker Emeritus), our former principal broker has always kept her organization small avoiding becoming just another franchise real estate brokerage.
We intend to remain a Mississippi Gulf Coast-based independent business focused on our clients and not the boardroom of an out-of-state action.
Being small has its advantages to clients. While Marlene Logan Realty has been helping people along the coast for decades, Logan-Anderson has incorporated the very latest technology to assist our clients to meet their needs and desires.
List with us, we will photograph your property for the multiple listing service and social media. We also video your property, to help buyers who are not local. Your property will be listed on social media and Youtube. The Logan-Anderson newsletter mailed to prospective and past clients plus subscribers includes new property listings. If you do not live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and are looking for a poperty, Logan-Anderson will find a qualified licensed real agent in the community you are moving from and to.
Looking for a property, we can help you find the property that will suit your taste and budget. If you are not located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we can video prospective properties for you and even use Facetime for a tour. We will evaluate the property you are interested in and attempt to negotiate a favorable price for you.
We can discuss insurance, flood zone, termite issues, and much more so that you are fully aware of the condition of the property you are interested in. Our list of contractors is available to you for repairs. Looking for an insurance agent or lender, we can help with recommendations.
William Anderson assumed the role as Principal Broker upon the retirement of Marlene Logan. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry with a focus on investment property acquisitions. Bill is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force
Sean Logan has been serving clients on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for more than 20 years. Our former principal broker, Marlene Logan is Sean’s mother. Sean works with clients buying and selling homes as well as commercial properties such as gas stations. His family have been on the Coast for generations.
