Logan & Anderson Gulf Coastal Realtors started several decades ago as Maralene Logan Realty Inc. The name of the business was changed to accommodate growth.
We moved our office from Pass Christian to downtown Gulfport where we are more centrally located. Marlene Logan, the principal broker has kept her organization small rather than become another franchise real estate brokerage.
Our agency is small, while we intend to grow our business, we intend to remain a Gulf Coast-based independent business focused on our clients and not the boardroom of an out of state franchise organization.
Decisions can be made quickly enabling us to more efficiently service our clients. While Marlene Logan Realty has been helping people along the coast for decades, Logan & Anderson will incorporate the very latest technology to assist our clients to meet their needs and desires.

Our organization is managed by Marlene Logan our broker. Sean Logan and William Anderson, licensed real estate sales agents to have years of experience in the real estate industry. Marlene Logan
Marlene has been in the real estate business along the Mississippi Coast for more than 40 years. She has been an independent broker for decades preferring personal service to corporate franchises.
Marlene has worked with many, many clients over the years providing excellent service and passing along to her son, Sean her strong work ethic.
Our office
Located at 2100 W. 18th Street in Gulfport, MS is a former home built in the 1930s. We recently remodeled the home keeping its 20th-century charm intact.
The area has been transforming for many years. Due to our proximity to the County and Federal courthouses, there are many attorneys offices located in former homes.
The area is also home to other professional offices including tax preparation, accounting, and others who have transformed former homes into very attractive offices.
