Our principal broker, Bill Anderson brings more than 30 years of experience as a real estate investor, developer, property owner and real estate professional. He specializes in investment and income-producing property, applying his extensive experience with real estate finance, short- and long-term rentals, and residential and commercial property to help clients reach their goals. Bill has also owned nearly a dozen personal residences, giving him firsthand knowledge of both the buyer's and seller's perspective.
