Logan-Anderson is a charter member of Real Estate Agent Commissions a platform for professional licensed real estate agents and real estate brokers to share commission information. Licensed agents and brokers can join and after a free 90-day trial, pay a small monthly membership fee which permits them to list property commissions. Selling agents upload the MLS number, street address, and City of the property along with the commission which can be a percentage a fixed number, or something else.
Buyers agents can check in at any time to determine what amount if any commission is being offered by the selling agent. This platform helps move the process along without waiting for return calls, texts, or emails.
The site also provides valuable articles and tools to help real estate agents manage their businesses and ultimately provide even better service to their clients. Real Estate Agent Commissions is not associated with any MLS or real estate or realtor membership organization. Agents can feel free to communicate with each other and discuss commissions without being confronted by the restrictions that have been placed upon the MLS.
