Thinking About Selling? Let’s Determine What Your Property May Be Worth.

Let’s Get Started

Selling a property starts with understanding the property itself—not simply looking at an online estimate or the asking price of a nearby home.

The short form below gives us the basic information we need to begin. Once we receive it, one of our real estate professionals will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet with you and walk through the property.

What Happens Next?

We will need to see your property in person. During our visit, we will walk through the home and property with you, ask questions, and discuss features or conditions that could affect its marketability and potential selling price.

We will also help you prepare the property condition disclosure information required for a sale. This process helps us better understand the property and identify information that prospective buyers may need to know.

How We Estimate Market Value

After seeing the property, we can research comparable properties and recent sales using our professional real estate resources. We consider factors such as location, size, condition, improvements, property features, recent comparable sales, current competition, and overall market conditions.

From this information, we can prepare a broker’s estimate of market value and discuss a potential pricing strategy with you.

It is important to understand that a broker’s market evaluation is not the same as a formal appraisal. If a buyer obtains financing, the lender will generally order an appraisal as part of the loan process.

Want to Understand the Appraisal Process?

Before we meet, you may find our detailed RetireCoast article helpful. It explains how home appraisals work, what an appraiser looks for, how comparable sales are selected, and why an appraised value may sometimes differ from an asking price or online estimate.
